We ship Worldwide!

Simply select your preferred shipping method in the first section of checkout, after seeing your options below:

For orders up to $199:

  • Registered Mail – $9.99, delivery within 14-21 business days after shipping.
  • DHL Global Shipping – $18.99, delivery within 5-7 business days after shipping.
  • DHL Express – $29.99, delivery within 3-5 business days after shipping
  • Fedex Overnight – $45.00, only when the item is in stock.

For orders $200 and up:

  • Registered Mail – FREE, delivery within 14-21 business days after shipping.
  • DHL Global Shipping – $8.99, delivery within 5-7 business days after shipping.
  • DHL Express – 29.99, delivery within 3-5 business days after shipping.
  • Fedex Overnight – $45.00, only when the item is in stock.

Customers will receive an email informing them that their order has been shipped, the package tracking number, and a web address where the package can be tracked.

Most of our Jewelry and Judaica is in permanent stock and is shipped 2-3 days after receiving the order. Items that are out of stock are ordered immediately and shipped directly upon arrival.

Please note, Name jewelry, Wedding Rings, and other personalized items that are made upon request may take a little longer to ship, depending on chosen name, personalized inscription requests, etc.

Shipping to a different address than your own

If you want to send a gift item to a different address than your own, please check the “Shipping address is different than Billing address” box and fill in the shipping address. This checkbox is located in the “Order Information” section of the Shopping Cart.

Shipping to multiple addresses

It is possible to ship products to multiple addresses. If you wish to do so – please let us know through the “Contact Us” web-form and we’ll advise you on how to fill out the shipping information. If you have any special requests regarding shipping, please write them in the “comments” box in the Shopping Cart.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver your orders:

  • Standard Shipping
  • FedEx
  • DHL

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

 

International Shipping

 

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
We invite you to check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Delayed Shipping

Sometimes, due to unexpected circumstances, it may take longer for packages to arrive. These circumstances may include: bad weather, strikes at the airport or postal service, holiday season when mail takes longer to be sorted, any other Superior Force, etc. We do our best to ensure that packages arrive on time, but some things are out of our control. In any case, if you feel that your package is delayed beyond the expected time, please contact us and we’ll look into the cause immediately. Please feel free to contact us through the “Contact Us” web-form with any questions – we’re always here for you.

IMPORTANT: During the months of November-December, and around Valentine’s Day in February, mail is known to get backed up in destination countries; especially in the USA and Canada. When this happens, thousands of packages get stuck in official Postal Service facilities because of large mail volumes. Baltinester Jewelry cannot be held accountable for such delays. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you absolve Baltinester Jewelry from any responsibility of delays during Holiday seasons.
