Product Description
Roman glass is a gorgeous ancient artifact found in the Judea desert where the Roman empire ruled over 2000 years ago.
Almost two thousand years of contact with mineral rich soil and oxidation combine to form this precious shard. Each piece of glass is unique as its surface coloring is determined by the minerals in its contact.
The Star of David is a symbol of modern Jewish identity which also finds its place on the national flag of Israel. It therefore has strong affiliations with Judaism that dates back many years. A large shard of this precious Roman Glass is set in a wide 14k yellow gold base, overlaid by a Star of David design also in 14k yellow gold.
The pendant’s incredible subdued elegance has a hypnotic effect!
